For couples or group appointments and Iridescence Bundles, we encourage scheduling via phone for precision & personalized service.
To ensure optimal outcomes, we tailor each service to meet the unique needs of every client. As such, our listed prices represent starting points, with any adjustments communicated prior to commencement of the service.
Cancellation Policy
To accommodate scheduling adjustments, we require cancellations to be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
For cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or for no-show appointments, a fee of 50% of the total service cost will be automatically charged.
Appointments exceeding two hours in duration necessitate a minimum of five days notice for cancellations.
Reminders
Appointment confirmation notifications serve as a courtesy extended by Iridescence Salon & Spa. However, it remains your responsibility to remember to attend your scheduled appointment.
Accumulating two or more instances of late cancellations or no-shows within a year will require full pre-payment for any future appointments. Continued infractions may result in dismissal as a client from Iridescence Salon & Spa.
