We ask to please turn your cell phone on silent when entering our salon and spa. We want every guest to have the ultimate peaceful experience.

We ask that children under the age of 11 do not enter the salon and spa without adult supervision due to safety regulations and courtesy.

Please contact us within 48 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment –
If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be needed to schedule a future service.
If an appointment is no-showed, the entire service must be paid before rescheduling. A pre-payment of 50% will also need to be paid for the next scheduled service.

All spa packages and services exceeding 2 hours will require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations will require 5 days notice or full billing will occur.

New clients will require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your first appointment.
