The salon has decided to firmly enforce our cancellation policy after an unusually high volume of last minute cancellations recently. We’ve always had a cancellation policy but we’ve been very lenient in an effort to create the most positive experience for our guests, understanding that sometimes life just gets in the way. However, in an effort to avoid another price increase we unfortunately need to be strict. Please remember we are all commission based employees and every gap in our books decreases our paychecks. As much as we enjoy some downtime, at the end of the day we still have bills to pay!
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy–
If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be needed to schedule a future service.
If an appointment is no-showed, the entire service must be paid before rescheduling. A pre-payment of 50% will also need to be paid for the next scheduled service.
