NEW CANCELLATION POLICY!

Salon clients:

The salon has decided to firmly enforce our cancellation policy after an unusually high volume of last minute cancellations recently. We’ve always had a cancellation policy but we’ve been very lenient in an effort to create the most positive experience for our guests, understanding that sometimes life just gets in the way. However, in an effort to avoid another price increase we unfortunately need to be strict. Please remember we are all commission based employees and every gap in our books decreases our paychecks. As much as we enjoy some downtime, at the end of the day we still have bills to pay!

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy–
 If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be needed to schedule a future service.

If an appointment is no-showed, the entire service must be paid before rescheduling. A pre-payment of 50% will also need to be paid for the next scheduled service.

Licensed Massage Therapist

Leryn is a highly skilled massage therapist with 16 years of experience. She graduated from Baltimore School of Massage York Campus in 2009. Specializing in Deep Tissue massage techniques, she is dedicated to creating a deeply relaxing, personalized experience, tailoring each session to your individual needs.

Iridescence was Leryn’s first salon job, and while she’s worked elsewhere, she loves the warm, old-house atmosphere here and how much the team is genuinely cared for. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, spending time by the pool, trips to the beach, and life with her dogs and cats. One of her favorite treatments is the Salt Glow because she loves seeing the instant, visible results it brings to the skin.

Danielle is the friendly face that keeps Iridescence Salon & Spa running smoothly — both at the front desk and behind the scenes. As our Front Desk Manager & Digital Marketing Coordinator, she’s dedicated to making each guest’s experience seamless, welcoming, and personalized. From assisting with scheduling to managing our website, promotions, and social media, Danielle helps keep clients connected, informed, and excited about all that Iridescence offers.
She’s passionate about crafting engaging content, building strong client relationships, and helping the business grow through thoughtful, creative marketing strategies.
Outside of the salon, Danielle is a homeschooling mom of four and manages websites for two local homeschool organizations. She also volunteers with her sons’ homeschool soccer league, bringing the same care and organization to her community that she brings to her role at Iridescence.

Meet Pearl! She’s a 9-year-old rescue chihuahua who’s now part of the Iridescence family. Pearl spreads joy with her gentle nature and loves cuddles and laps. Whether she’s nestled in a blanket, exploring her new surroundings, or greeting visitors with her warm demeanor, Pearl brings a special charm to our team.

Due to her small and delicate nature, Pearl appreciates gentle handling and kindness. She loves everyone and is eager to share her affection with you during your visit to Iridescence.
